Bureaucratic Reform Resistance in Indonesia

Formulating, rearranging, and improving perfecting bureaucratic behavior to become better, productive, professional, efficient, effective for the formation of a pattern, mode, system better governance. Commitment, good etiquette, seriousness, hard work from all parties are absolute, must be upheld. Our country's political leadership is very weak, there politicization bureaucracy, resistance (resistance) bureaucrats themselves competence implementing reform. Political commitment needs emphasized formulated into solid policy, guide in its implementation along with an evaluation activities institution that responsible making overseeing reform policy. Focus, priorities targets achievement need set. Systematic, consistent, accurate, controlled agenda carried out can avoid stagnation, saturation, also separated image mere pretense where every regime power beginning always has breakthrough or image.Penelitian ini membahas mengenai upaya pemerintah dalam merumuskan, menata kembali, dan meningkatkan serta menyempurnakan perilaku birokrasi menjadi lebih baik, produktif, profesional, efisien, efektif untuk pembentukan pola, modus, sistem, tata kelola yang baik. Komitmen, etika keseriusan, kerja keras dari semua pihak adalah mutlak, harus dijunjung tinggi. Kepemimpinan politik negara kita sangat lemah, ada politisasi birokrasi, resistensi (perlawanan) birokrat itu sendiri kompetensi pelaksana reformasi birokrasi. Komitmen perlu ditegaskan dirumuskan suatu kebijakan, pedoman kokoh pelaksanaannya disertai evaluasi terhadap seluruh kegiatan lembaga bertanggung jawab membuat mengawasi kebijakan Fokus, prioritas target pencapaian ditetapkan. Sistematis, konsisten, akurat, terkontrol sebuah dijalankan dapat menghindari stagnasi, kejenuhan, juga dipisahkan citra kepura-puraan belaka dimana setiap rezim berkuasa pada awalnya selalu memiliki terobosan atau citra.
